Q: I cannot e-mail my order! A: With the recent proliferation of spam mail certain servers around the world refuse fo pass on e-mails if they do not recognise where they originate from. Dependant upon who provides your internet access this problem may occur although version 6.0 has now overcome this problem. If it fails to send an order automatically Viva will allow you to enter your own e-mail settings. Should this also fail the order will be saved to your desktop so that it can be sent as an attachment to a regular e-mail. Q: My serial number is invalid! A: The serial number must be entered without the dashes/hyphens. E.g Q: I get a 'Director player error' at the first screen after entering my serial number and clicking on "yes", or clicking on "no"? A: You are still running an out of date version. The latest version fixes that bug. Alternatively, your monitor needs to be preset to a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels at least and set to 32 bit colors, before running VIVA. This error means your monitor has not been adjusted or is incapable of displaying resolutions that size, and can be corrected by 'right-clicking' anywhere on your desktop background and choosing your display properties. The resolution can be changed by adjusting the resolution slider bar under the 'Settings' tab. Q: I cannot see the required minimum resolution (1280 x 1024) in my settings, and my monitor is 17" or larger? A: You will need to display additional resolution settings. When in the 'Settings' tab click on the "Advanced" button to display additional prpoperties in a window. In the windows displayed, go to the 'Monitor' tab. Once there remove the tick on the option that says 'Hide modes that this monitor cannot display'. Click "OK" and now you will be able to drag the slider a bit further and choose a larger resolution.
